1 Boursin® Bouquet of Basil & Chive cheese
16 medium sized cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
Chive sprigs for garnish
Fresh basil for garnish
Slice off the top of each cherry tomato and scoop out insides with a small spoon. Season with salt.
Toast pine nuts in a skillet (2–3 minutes).
Stuff each tomato with Boursin®, garnish with toasted pine nuts, and decorate with basil leaves and chive sprigs.
