Preheat oven to 180°C (or 350F)
Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes into thick slices and season with olive oil, salt and pepper
Place the sweet potato slices in the oven for 25 mins
Once the slices are golden, remove them from the oven
Finely cut the pear into slices
Spread the potato slices generously with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
Place the pear slices and pecan nuts in the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
Plant a small sprig of rosemary or thyme into the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs for even more of a festive look
