Get the flesh of the clementine out and cut it into small pieces
In a separate bowl, mix the flesh of the clementine with the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
Pour your preparation into the emptied clementine
In a large pan, saute the shrimp until pink
Plant the shrimp in your garnished clementine
Season with Dill
