Preheat oven to 180°C (or 350F)
Cut the top part of the squashes and scoop out the seeds
Rub the inside of the squashes with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake the squash until the flesh is soft
Scoop out some of the flesh and add into a mixing bowl. Reserve the squash bowls
With a hand mixer, mix the squash flesh with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
Pour the soup into the empty squashes and put in the oven for another 15 minutes
Garnish with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
