Meal
1 Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs (Dairy-free alternative now available)
2 portions of linguine or spaghetti
1 onion, roughly chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
½ can kalamata olives
1 tbsp olive oil
Basil, for garnish
Salt and pepper
Boil pasta (until al dente) in a pot of boiling and salted water. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, sauté onions in the olive oil until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
Turn off heat before adding tomatoes and olives.
Add cooked pasta and half the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs.
Combine well to warm up all ingredients.
Serve and garnish with basil.
Crumble the remaining Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs over each plate to maximize the flavour.
