16 oz mushroom mix (shiitake/ white button mushrooms, baby portobella)
16 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
4.4 oz Boursin® Truffle Flavored (or other Boursin® of your choice)
Parsley leaves
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
In a large frying pan, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the mushrooms, cooking over high heat to release their water, then keep warm.
Cook the spaghetti al dente, following the package directions. Drain pasta, reserving 1⁄2 cup of cooking water.
Pour the reserved water into the mushroom pan, heat over low heat and mix with your Boursin®. Add the cooked spaghetti into the pan and mix them to the sauce.
Place the spaghetti on the plates, add Boursin® Truffle Flavored crumbles.
Garnish with parsley leaves.
