1/2 Boursin® Pepper cheese
1 English cucumber
12 medium shrimp, cooked
Lemon zest, in strips
Cut cucumber into slices about 2.5 cm thick. Using a teaspoon or melon spoon, scoop out a hole in the centre of each slice.
Fill each hole with Boursin® Pepper cheese. For an ideal texture, place the cheese in the cucumber without spreading it.
Place a cooked shrimp on each cheese and cucumber slice and garnish with a strip of lemon zest. Serve immediately.
