8 slices of dry bread
3 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
150 g Boursin® Garlic & Fines Herbs (Dairy-Free alternative now available)
2 tbsp. sunflower oil

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
Dip the bread in this egg mixture until each slice is fully soaked.
In a large skillet, heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add two slices of bread. Cook them until golden brown.
Flip them over, add Boursin cheese, and top it with the second slice of bread, cooked side down. Allow to brown for another 2 minutes.
Flip again, allowing the other side to brown and the cheese to melt, about 2 more minutes.
Serve this snack with a side of salad, and enjoy!
