1 Boursin® bouquet of Basil & Chive cheese
8 oz fresh salmon, finely diced
3 strawberries, finely diced
4 large basil leaves, minced
1 tbsp. chives, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and minced chives.
Dice salmon and strawberries. Add the oil mixture, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
Spoon mixture into verrines and garnish with Boursin® Bouquet of Basil & Chive. Decorate with basil leaves and chive sprigs. Serve with croutons.
