1 puff pastry
5.3 oz Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
5.3 oz mushrooms
1 leek
4 sage leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1tbsp olive oil
1 egg white
Sautée the mushrooms and leeks in a medium-heat pan with a tbsp of olive oil.
Lay down the puff pastry.
Place the Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs in the center, add the leek and mushrooms on top.
Close the puff pastry by folding the sides.
Seal it on top with 4 lengths of kitchen twine, to shape it like a pumpkin.
Brush with beaten egg white.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 25 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Decorate with a cinnamon stick and sage leaves.
