Small potatoes
Dried pepper
Espelette pepper
Pink berries
Paprika
Preheat oven to 180°C (or 350F)
Wash the potatoes, poke a few holes in their skin with a fork and put them in the oven for 25 mins
Once the potatoes are golden, remove them from the oven
Slice the potatoes open
In the cut generously garnish with some Boursin
Season your individual potato with dry pepper, Espelette pepper, paprika and pink berries
