150 g Boursin® Garlic & Fines Herbs (Dairy-Free alternative now available)
4 to 6 potatoes of your choice
⅓ cup warm milk of your choice (animal or plant-based)
Chive
Salt
Large pot, potato ricer or masher, bowl
Fill a large pot with cold water and add salt. Bring to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes.
Drain, reserving ¼ cup of the cooking water. Peel the potatoes, cut them in chunks and add them to a bowl.
To the potatoes, add Boursin cheese, the milk, the reserved cooking water and a pinch of pepper.
Mash the potatoes with a ricer, or a fork until smooth, then add the chopped chives and serve this side dish immediately.
Enjoy! You can also serve these mashed potatoes in small portions or as a chic appetizer!
