1 pear, thinly sliced
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 slices country loaf, cut in four
1 Boursin® Cracked Black Pepper cheese
1/4 cup toasted pecans
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut each slice of country loaf into four.
Place bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 20 minutes.
Toss pear slices and pecans with maple syrup in a pan over medium heat.
Spread Boursin® Cracked Black Pepper on baked bread and garnish with maple pear slices and pecans. Drizzle with maple syrup from pan.
