40 g salted butter
5 garlic cloves
1 bunch of freshly chopped parsley
125 g Boursin® Garlic & Fines Herbs (Dairy-Free alternative now available)

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix together the slightly melted butter, parsley and peeled garlic.
Using a knife, slice the bread being careful not to cut through each slice, and brush the inside of each slice with the mixture.
Add Boursin Garlic & Herbs cheese between each slice, and bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
Serve these appetizers warm with a side of spinach salad. This classic with a twist will delight your guests!
