1 Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese
18 dried dates, with pits
6 slices prosciutto
Open dates lengthwise and remove pits.
Using two teaspoons, generously stuff dates with Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese. For an ideal texture, place the cheese into each date without spreading it.
Cut prosciutto into strips about 2 cm wide and wrap around stuffed dates. Serve immediately or take out of refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
