300 g precooked chicken cutlets
150 g Boursin® Garlic & Fines Herbs (Dairy-Free alternative now available)
1.5 L whole milk
400 g macaroni
A few sprigs of curly parsley

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a pot, pour the milk, add salt and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni, and allow to cook on low heat while stirring regularly until the pasta has absorbed all the milk. Meanwhile, chop the precooked chicken into pieces.
Once cooked, add the chicken and 100 g of Boursin to the macaroni, and stir well to combine.
Pour the creamy macaroni into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 50 g of Boursin on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve this meal hot and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Your guests will rave!
