12 slices of Sensations Old-fashioned Hot Capicollo
1 Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs (Dairy-free alternative now available)
1 jar red bell peppers, marinated and cut into strips
6 sprigs of chives, halved
Place slices of capicollo on a board, spread with Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs, add two strips of red bell pepper and sprigs of chives.
Roll and serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
