10,6oz cooked sushi rice
4 nori seaweed sheets
1 cucumber
2 carrots
3,5oz spinach leaves
1⁄2 red cabbage
1 tsp sesame seeds
A few cilantro leaves
1 tsp soy sauce
4,2 oz Boursin®
Wash and dry the cucumber, cabbage, carrot and spinach leaves.
Cut the cucumber, cabbage and carrot into very thin sticks.
Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a board. Cover it with a thin layer of rice and then a layer of spinach. Add the Boursin®. Add the vegetables on one side of the square, about 2 cm from the
edge, then roll up tightly.
Cut the maki roll into 4cm slices, and place on a plate. You may serve with a little soy sauce and some extra Boursin® crumbled on top.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and cilantro.
