5.3 oz Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch chives
1 red apple
1 handful kumquats
1.8 oz black olives
3.5 oz mini crackers
1.4 oz pecan nuts
To decorate :
50g pine nuts
A few pomegranate seeds
Chop parsley and chives.
Wrap the Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper in a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a cone.
Unwrap the Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper from the plastic wrap and roll it gently in the chopped herbs. Place on a platter. Decorate with pine nuts and pomegranate.
Wash the apple and kumquats and slice them.
Arrange all the ingredients around the Boursin® tree.
