4 oz prosciutto or bresaola (or your favorite cured meat)
9 oz crackers
1 firm-fleshed pear (Bosc)
1 red apple (Envy or Fuji)
4 oz dried cranberries
4 oz blackberries
4 oz black olives
4 oz blueberries
4 oz red grapes
4 oz cashew nuts
4 oz blanched almonds
Rosemary leaves
Place your Boursin® on the board.
Wash and dry fruit. Core and thinly slice the apple and pear.
Arrange all ingredients, alternating shapes and colors as desired.
