1 whole grain hamburger bun, toasted
30 g Boursin® Garlic & Fines Herbs (Dairy-Free alternative now available)
1 hamburger steak
½ tomato
¼ red onion
Arugula
Salt and pepper
Lettuce
Skillet
Slice the red onion and tomato, then spread a generous serving of Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese on the buns.
Season the hamburger steak with salt and pepper and place it in a hot skillet.
Once cooked, transfer the steak to the cheese covered buns and garnish hamburger with sliced onions and tomatoes, and a few arugula leaves.
Top off the hamburger with the remaining bun.
Serve with a side salad and enjoy!
