Ingredients for the bento [Feel free to swap the vegetables for your favourite ones]
250 g of vermicelli rice noodles
Shredded carrots
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced radishes
Cilantro
Black sesame seeds for serving
For the sauce:
1 Boursin® puck (150 g)
¾ cup milk
In a bowl, combine the Boursin® and the milk, and whisk until you obtain the desired texture.
Pour in a small container and place it in the Bento box.
Cook the rice noodles according to package directions.
Cut the vegetables using a slicer.
The art of Bento resides in its presentation! Use the salad to divide your Bento. You can present the noodles in the shape of a “nest.”
