100g of Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs (now available in a dairy-free option)
3 red endives
1 small jar of sun-dried cherry tomatoes
12 small sprigs of oregano
Cut base of endives and separate leaves. Rinse them under water and pat dry.
Place a teaspoon of Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs into centre of each leaf, then add a wedge of sun-dried tomato and a small sprig of oregano.
