Puff pastry
Candied tomatoes
Olives
Cranberries
Chervil
Chives
Pistachios
Preheat oven to 180°C (or 350F)
Thinly cut the puff pastry slices and put them in a ring shape
Place the puff pastry rings on a baking sheet and let them cook until they turn golden brown
Finely chop the candied tomatoes, olives, cranberries and pistachios
Once cooked, spread Boursin cheese in the rings so that they can stand upright
Sprinkle your Boursin with tomatoes, olives, cranberries and pistachio
Finish by seasoning with chervil and finely chopped chives
