14 oz peeled and diced squash
4 oz brocoli florets
14 oz pappardelle
4.2 oz Boursin® Cuisine Garlic & Herbs
6 unpeeled garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
A few sprigs of chives
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Peel and dice squash. Wash broccoli and cut into florets. Put the vegetables and garlic cloves on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cook the pappardelle al dente, following the package directions. Drain pasta, reserving 1⁄2 cup of cooking water.
In a large pan, on low heat, add half of Boursin® Cuisine Garlic & Herbs, pour in the reserved cooking water 1⁄4 cup at a time and whisk until smooth. Add pappardelle and mix until they are all coated with sauce.
Divide pastas into 4 deep plates, add broccoli, squash and the rest of Boursin® Cuisine Garlic & Herbs. Garnish with a few sprigs of chives.
