4 carrots
300g green beans
4 red & yellow potatoes
2 shallots
3 peppers (yellow, red, green)
Herbs (rosemary, thyme)
4 tbsp Boursin® Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Peel and wash the carrots and potatoes. Cut the carrots, potatoes and shallots into large squares and place them in a large ovenproof dish. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the green beans and cut the peppers. After 25 minutes in the oven, add them to the dish and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the dish from the oven and arrange the vegetables on a plate.
Finally add a tablespoon of Boursin® Cuisine on each plate.
