appetizer
1 Golden Delicious apple
1 lemon
30g of Boursin® Cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs (Dairy-free alternative now available)
60g of roasted turkey fillet
5g of whole hazelnuts
6 mini clothespins
Using a mandolin slicer, cut the apple into 1mm-thick slices without peeling them. Place the apple slices in a bowl and cover with water and lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
Cut the roasted turkey fillet into thin slices and cut each slice into 2-3 pieces depending on their size.
Grill the hazelnuts in a preheated oven to 180°C for about 5 minutes. Let them cool, and coarsely chop them with a knife. The difficulty will be to not eat half of them right away!
Place the apple slices onto a cutting board, and spread generously 5g of Boursin® Cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs over each slice. Place a piece of turkey on top and finish off with a sprinkle of hazelnuts. Raise the ungarnished edges of the apple slices and fasten them together with a mini clothespin.
Enjoy and remember to keep the mini clothespins, because your guests will no doubt be asking you to make more in the future!

Tip: The thinner the apple slices are, the easier it will be to fold them over. Also, the lemon juice in water is used to prevent the apple slices from browning, but do not leave them for too long.
