4 tsp. nut oil (any kind)
1 French baguette, cut into slices
1 Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese
4 dried figs, chopped
2 tsp. pine nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush each side of each slice of baguette with nut oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 15 minutes.
Spread Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper on the baked baguette slices. Top with chopped figs and pine nuts.
