1 Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs (Dairy-free alternative now available)
Lemon juice
3 tbsp. garlic butter
¼ cup roasted almonds, thinly sliced
A few sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
Brush open thawed shrimp with garlic butter. Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Grill almonds until golden.
Sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice on shrimp and top with Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs, roasted almonds, and flat-leaf parsley.
